Every year, from May to September, Bad Segeberg is putting up a huge outdoor theatre spectacle based on the work of the German adventure story writer Karl May. I grew up with the stories about Winnetou, Old Firehand and Schatterhand. So when Uli asked me to assist him in designing and producing the sets for the 2009 edition, I was ecstatic.
